With the collaboration of a renowned OB, pelvic floor physical therapist, and strength & conditioning coach specializing in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, we will provide you with information and guidance about how to navigate changes to your body through pregnancy and postpartum with a new level of awareness and intention. This FREE workshop will specifically focus on women’s health considerations, core and pelvic health symptoms, lifestyle and exercise demands, and more.

There are so many changes, with a focus usually being on the baby, but we want you to feel supported as a woman transforming in this process, too.
