Mommy & Me Pilates


Mommy and Me Pilates will help build strength, muscle tone, flexibility, coordination and improve your posture while exercising in a class designed for mommy and baby! 

Pilates focuses on building a strong core and flexible body all while achieving a calm and balanced mind. This is by far the cutest class to get in shape while you bond and connect with your little ones! 

Moms will be practicing Pilates based mat classes while playfully holding/wearing your baby. Please feel free to bring any baby blankets or a special toy so that your baby feels comfortable and enjoys this time with you. We will provide the mats for you and your little ones.

  • Classes will take place on Monday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30 pm

  • January 7th - February 11th

  • $120 for the full 6 week series

  • Classes will be taught by Maya Epstein, Certified Pilates Instructor
