Prenatal yoga is a practice of nurturing self care, building community, and bonding with your baby. We focus on low back care, pelvic floor, hip openers, sciatica relief, stability, and prenatal breathing. Yoga is an excellent way to prepare the mind, body and spirit for the many transitions of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.
Props provided, please bring your water bottle and mat (if desired, loaner mats are available). Moms with new babies (non-crawling) are welcome.
Cost: Drop in = $20
4 class pass = $72 ($18 each)
7 class pass = $112 ($16 each)
10 class pass = $140 ($14 each)
Classes will take place Saturday mornings from 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Class will be taught by Katie Cottier, RYT, MA, and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Specialist
