Relax, breathe, stretch, move, and connect with your baby and other moms in Gentle Prenatal Yoga. Suitable for all levels, this gentle and restorative class focuses on the low back, hips & pelvis, shoulders, and core to safely stabilize and prepare the body for labor and motherhood. Class passes for Saturday Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga and Baby & Me Yoga may be applied in this class as well. Your first class with Katie is free!
Props provided, please bring your water bottle and mat (if desired, loaner mats are available). Moms with new babies (non-crawling) are welcome.
Cost: Drop in = $20
4 class pass = $72 ($18 each)
7 class pass = $112 ($16 each)
10 class pass = $140 ($14 each)
Classes will take place Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 pm
