First class FREE! Yes it’s still possible to exercise with your baby! Moms will strengthen, condition and tone muscles of the core and full body while having fun and bonding with baby in this fun upbeat class to fun music! Introduce baby to movement and exercise at an early age.
Learn fun, safe and effective ways to incorporate babies while exercising, and protecting the core and back. For babies not yet walking.
- Ongoing class on Tuesday mornings, 10 am to 11 am
- $18/class, $100 for 6 classes, or $130 for 10 classes - Try your first class for free!
- Class will be taught by Rebecca Basilio, DC, Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist
- Please bring a mat and secure baby wearing carrier - loaner mats will be available
- Must be cleared to exercise and at least 8 weeks postpartum to participate. It is strongly encouraged but not required to have already completed the Restore Your Core Program or the Core and Pelvic Floor Workshop prior to enrolling
