Fit4Baby is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Mom-to-be can begin Fit4Baby at any point during pregnancy, and the program follows the most up-to-date ACOG guidelines. The workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and accommodate a mom’s changing body. We ensure all exercises are achievable for any level of fitness and any stage of pregnancy. While supportive and safe, these classes can be a challenging workout as we do not see pregnancy as a state of disability.
Fit4BABY will run as a 6 week session, which means you are committing to 1 class/per week for 6 weeks for only $99. Take this opportunity to fully commit to YOU and your growing BABY. You will have the chance to connect with the other Mamas in your session and learn and grow together as your bodies change and prepare for childbirth!
