Prenatal yoga is a practice of nurturing self care, building community, and bonding with your baby. We focus on low back care, pelvic floor, hip openers, sciatica relief, stability, and prenatal breathing. Yoga is an excellent way to prepare the mind, body and spirit for the many transitions of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.
Props provided, please bring your water bottle and mat (if desired, loaner mats are available).
- Cost: $25 per class or $80 for the 4 class series
- Classes will take place Saturdays from 9:00 am - 10:00 am, August 11th - September 1st
- Class will be taught by Chrissy Canning- mother, YogaWorks Teacher Trainer & Mentor 500-ERYT, Prenatal & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist RPYT, Childbirth Educator, Meditation Teacher, and founder of Yoga Family Health
