Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or it's been many years since you had a baby, this 90 minute workshop is for you! Join us to hear about the most effective and safe ways to preserve, maintain and restore inner core and pelvic floor function. Learn safe and gentle strategies and techniques that can be applied right away to improve posture and core function. Learn how to do kegels most efficiently, simple positions that optimize core function and recovery, ways to prevent and heal diastasis recti, minimize injuries and create optimal core and pelvic floor recovery after birth.
Babies not crawling yet are welcome to attend with mom. Please bring a comfortable mat and dress in loose clothing. *Loaner mats available
