Becoming a mother is a life changing experience. It can often be filled with joy and wonder, but can also include anxiety and sadness. Take steps toward postpartum wellness and become a part of a community of women who understand you. This type of community can be hard to find when you first become a mother. The demands of everyday life & juggling multiple responsibilities too often leave women socially isolated and worn out, placing them at risk for physical and emotional illnesses. Join us for this 3 session series which encourages interactive discussion and assigns cognitive behavioral "homework."
This is an ongoing therapy group. The group is closed for 3 weeks and then if you choose to, you may register for another 3 week session, Aug 10th, 17th and 24th.
