Prepare the body for pregnancy and birth by addressing specific areas that need to be strengthened and other areas that need to be lengthened. Learn safe ways to exercise while pregnant, improve posture, prevent injuries and preserve core and pelvic floor function.
All trimesters welcome
- 6 week session on Thursday mornings, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Session runs August 2nd through September 6th, 2018
- $90 for all 6 classes
- Class will be taught by Rebecca Basilio, DC, Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist
