Continue to strengthen, condition and tone the muscles of the core and full body in this ongoing level 2 postpartum fitness class. Learn safe and effective ways to build lean muscle, burn fat and maintain core function while having fun with other moms and babies!
Must be at least 12 weeks postpartum and have already completed either the 6 week level 1 Restore the Core or Prenatal “Fit for Birth” program. Babies under 12 months welcome in class with mom. Please bring resistance band, mat and a secure baby carrier. (Loaner mats available).
- 8 week session on Tuesday & Thursday mornings, 9:45 am - 10:45 am
- Session runs September 18th through November 8th, 2018
- $20 drop in
$85/month for unlimited classes
