Restore inner core and pelvic floor strength and function while bonding with baby. Safe and effective for diastasis recti, post cesarean, and all postpartum fitness levels. Must be cleared to exercise. Babies under 12 months welcome in class with mom.
- 6 week session on Thursday mornings, 9:45 am - 10:45 am
- Session runs August 2nd through September 6th, 2018
- $125 for all 6 classes
- Class will be taught by Rebecca Basilio, DC, Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist
